In the present day global society, we have several challenges which can be met with ease if we are equipped well. It is important for the younger generation to realize the shift from traditional learning to the modern methods of learning. Today, it is expected that the students should learn to be innovative, creative, more confident to resolve the global and environmental issues, to understand cross country cultures and international issues.

The environment of MMIS is holistic and student affable. It is really elevating to note that the ever growing co-operation of parents and collaborating spirit of well wishers has always been nourishing the plant of Muljibhai Gopalji Mehta Educational & Charitable Trust gradually branching out into the banayan tree of International Educational Growth and Development.

Our aim is, to train children to lead a full and useful life through liberal education and a CBSE broad-based curriculum. The curriculum that we have in our school is ideally suited to encourage the spirit of enquiry. We ask our children to learn more by questioning and not to be content with the knowledge provided in the text books. We motivate them to take up projects and research on them. Specially on the international issues and themes and relate the understanding of these with our National issues. In Pre primary and early primary classes, we teach children the skills to learn and understand the content with a spirit of enquiry and probe. We also give due importance to the moral education of the children and inculcate in them a strong civic sense.

We strive to create a conducive environment for research based learning, innovative ideas and create expression through our curriculum and through International exchanges of ideas and cultures.

Children hold periodical sessions on international and national issues they present their knowledge and understanding in presence of faculty members and other students. We have equal focus on sports, CCA and social activities where some of the action and tasks are beyond the class room to produce socially responsible citizens of tomorrow. With active involvement of the management, whole hearted support of my colleagues and parent community we shall steer through on our mission forward. We are proud that with each academic session, we are growing to new levels of teaching, learning and high achievements by updating ourselves on the latest trends and approaches.
